Violations will be recognized immediately due to the automated camera system on any toll road.
Heavy fines (pótdíj) are issued for any e-vignette violation:
- Paid promptly (within a short grace period) the fine is 30 - 50 Euros
- If not paid promptly the fine is 100 - 200 Euros
In any case the fine is much higher than the price for the e-vignette.
